For Airport Dropoff: Your Chauffeur will contact you via TEXT/CALL on the day of pickup when on the way and, Also when they arrive outside.
For Airport Pickup: Your Assigned Chauffeur will be tracking your flight for early or delayed arrivals. Your Chauffeur will meet you by baggage claim. If you cannot find your driver, Do not leave the baggage area without contacting us. Call (888) 586-1777 immediately.
All reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time to qualify for a Voucher credit toward a future trip (not a cash refund).
Credits are not issued if you:
For pickups between 12:00 am - 6:00 am, cancellations or changes must be made before 11:00 pm the night prior. Each reservation must be cancelled individually.

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all bookings. Additional charges may include: card processing fee, fuel surcharge, $15 airport fee for All Airport Pickups, $25 meet & greet, and tolls if applicable. Rates listed are base fares for sedans, SUVs, vans, and limousines are billed at different rates.
Child safety or booster seats may be provided upon request and fees may apply. The client is solely responsible for installation and assumes all risk and liability for their use. Detroit Airport Metro Limo makes no warranties and assumes no responsibility related to child seat use.
Detroit Airport Metro Limo is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left-behind items in the vehicle.
The company is not liable for delays, detentions, or service termination caused by weather, mechanical issues, traffic, construction, accidents, natural disasters, or subcontractors.
All commercial flights are tracked.
After the grace period, waiting time charges apply and are billed in 30-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate. Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period, after which waiting charges apply.
